How the workflow coverage score works
This is our editorial index for an evidence-focused RFP workflow. We check eight tasks in the pinned RFPhub capability descriptions: two tasks in each of four equally weighted areas. Every vendor is evaluated by the same rules. Each explicitly documented task earns one point; the displayed score is documented tasks ÷ 8 × 10, rounded to one decimal place.

A full 10/10 means all eight tasks are described in this record. It does not mean perfect software, superior accuracy, customer satisfaction or independently verified performance. An unrecorded task earns no coverage point but remains unknown; it is not evidence that a product lacks the feature. The index does not score security, support, usability, value or the full range of enterprise features.
This rubric is narrower than an overall product ranking. Placement and referral links do not enter the calculation. Open a provider profile to inspect the criterion evidence and its official source links. The rubric was introduced on November 1, 2026; the source-check dates shown in profiles are unchanged.
Product descriptions and citations use the shared source snapshot. Selected source checks retain their recorded dates; this coverage rubric is not a hands-on test.

Official-source research, not hands-on testing. Features are vendor claims; security controls, connectors and contractual terms require validation.
